- For ingot and sow making facilities Industrial Revolution Ltd
is now offering a fully automatic mold handling, ingot / sow stripping,
cooling line and preparation for shipping line. With this system
25% of the energy required to melt is recovered and put back into
the melt process.

- One week from the delivery of our new Motoman robotic welder we
have converted one production line over. The 510 series bench, manufactured
for Maglin Furniture is the first product to be made on the new
robotic welder. The change from manual welding to the robotic welding
was not done for the speed of welding, but was justified on the
improvement in quality. We anticipate sales to grow with the level
of quality we can now offer with the state of the art equipment.
We are actively seeking other production welding and custom welding
requiring very fine control to fill the capacity of the unit.

- Industrial Revolution Ltd is in the process of becoming registered
to the International Standard ISO 9001:2000. The registration is
expected to be completed by the end of 2003.

- The first of 3 hoods sold to Caterpillar in Mapleton Illinois
has been installed on Memorial Day Weekend and is currently being
tested. These hoods are designed to draw between 40,000 to 55,000
cfm with a static pressure drop less than 5.5 in H20. They are also
designed to withstand the high volatile flame due to charging wet
oily chips.

- Industrial Revolution Ltd has received an order to modify an 80
ton lip pour channel furnace for Georgia Ductile and supply our
automatic duplex system rated at 10 ton iron capacity.

- Industrial Revolution Ltd has received an order to supply three
heavy duty industrial scissor tables for a facility in England.
The delivery is scheduled for August 25th, 2003.

- Industrial Revolution Ltd has received financing from the BDC
to acquire a Motoman robot fitted with a Miller welding machine
and a Fanuc robot fitted with a high definition plasma cutter.

- Industrial Revolution Ltd will set a new high in stainless steel
fabricated equipment with sales currently over $100,000 for this
current fiscal year.

- We have just completed our 10th year in business and have had
another successful and profitable year. Sales were down, however
we have been proactive and have weathered the slow economy well.
This current fiscal year we are on track for sales close to $2,000,000
(our year end is June 30th).
