Steel Fabrication - Production Fabrication

Our facility is completely equipped to meet a wide variety of steel fabrication requirements including machining, cutting, forming and welding. Our production planners, working from drawings supplied by your engineers or from our engineering department to determine the precise material requirements for your job. They identify what parts are either to be procured from stock, purchased or made by Industrial Revolution Ltd.  During the production planning stage exactly how the product is being fabricated and manufactured is determined.

We are ready to start manufacturing for you in our 30,000 square foot facility. Our Metal Preparation Department will shear, saw, punch and form metal to be used for particular parts and components. Once inspected and cataloged, they are sent to a selected area of the plant for further fabrication. Here, they are fabricated and assembled using various procedures. Upon assembly, your work is transferred to the Finishing Department, shot blasted and painted to your specification.

Our quality control people will perform inspection services per Government, CWB, or your specifications. The Quality Control Department will maintain documentation of materials and procedures used on each and every project.
